Refunds & your right to cancellation

Due to the nature of charity donations refunds are given at the discretion of charity management. Therefore please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give. In the event of an incorrect amount being entered please contact us as soon as possible.

Donations made on our website

Refunds can be processed quite easily for donations to our General Funds, within 7 days of you making the donation.

However, for donations made to time-sensitive funds, such as Zakat-ul-Fitr or Qurbani, where your donations must be spent before Eid for religious reasons, approving a refund is at the discretion of charity management.

If the transaction you made was for a physical item/purchase, refunds can be made within 7 days of you returning the item(s) to us in a resalable condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase.

Donations made on our Justgiving

Donations made via Justgiving to fundraiser profiles can be refunded through Justgiving in line with their policies.

Right to cancel regular givings

You have the right to cancel your monthly donations at any time. Standing orders can be cancelled by contacting your Bank, while for Direct Debit or Regular Card donations, please get in touch with us.

Please note that if you cancel within a day or two of the scheduled payment date, the payment for that month might still be taken out of your account. We can refund this at your request.
